In partnership with the Scouts

We believe critical thinking skills are extremely important for young people as they ask the big questions and approach the world with an inquisitive mind. Through our work we wanted to encourage more young people to engage with basic philosophical issues and start ‘thinking like a philosopher’.

We created a partnership with the Scouts, whose purpose is to give young people skills for life. Working in collaboration, we wanted to give young people the skills to make their own choices based on applied critical thinking and rigorous enquiry.

As a result of our partnership, the Scouts now host some varied indoor and outdoor philosophical learning resources that anyone working with young people is welcome to use.  Discover activities including
